This domain will be used to create a multi-page online book/tutorial. For example if you are searching for "php mysql tutorial" the first site that comes up is a keyword-rich domain name that is just a step-by-step tutorial site...

Google this: php mysql tutorial

That site has been online for years and has been on the frontpage of that search term. If you don't have the knowledge to make an entire site dedicated to a step-by-step tutorial, then you could get products with private label rights (plr) and use that for your tutorial.
